Orders and pricing
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change. Catering quotes are valid for 7 days from issue. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Payment
Retail orders are paid at the counter or by phone. Catering orders may be paid by credit card or by invoice for approved schools, offices, and non-profits.
Cancellations
Catering cancellations more than 24 hours before the event: full refund. Inside 24 hours: 50% refund, because the bread is already baked and the meats already sliced.
Food allergies
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and fish. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an environment free of any specific allergen.
Intellectual property
The Hay Creek Subs name, logo, photography, and site design are our property or used with permission. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services
Our site embeds Google Maps and links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hay Creek Subs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
