How much notice do you need?
24 hours for trays up to 50 guests, 48 hours for 60 or more. We'll always try to help with same-day rush orders — call us and we'll figure it out.
What's the delivery area?
Free within 10 miles of 329 Mill Rock Rd (Hamden, North Haven, New Haven, Woodbridge, Bethany). Beyond that we add a modest fuel fee — usually $15–$35.
Can you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Every tray comes with labels for gluten, dairy, nuts, and animal products. We can build a fully vegan or gluten-free tray with a day's notice.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
On request, at no extra charge. We use compostable serviceware unless you tell us otherwise.
How do we pay?
Credit card, cash, or invoice for schools, offices, and non-profits with a purchase order.
What if we need to change or cancel?
Changes up to 3 hours out are free. Cancellations inside 24 hours are 50% because the bread is already baked and the meats are already sliced.
